Individual Therapy

I provide both short-term and long-term therapy for adults 18 and older. I welcome individuals with a wide range of challenges, whether they have a clinical diagnosis or not. Sessions are available bi-weekly, weekly, or every other week, either in person or via Telehealth if preferred.
